About the Film
MOTHER marked Gregory’s first short film as a writer and producer after years of working in theatre and publishing. The story was inspired by his mother’s relationship with his half brother and was conceived as a deeply personal reflection on unconditional love, caregiving, and resilience within a fractured family.
Gregory approached the project as an intimate, character driven narrative rooted in emotional truth rather than spectacle.
